TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when purchasing services or gift vouchers from StyleSavvy® through stylesavvy.ie.

Services and Appointments
StyleSavvy® provides personal styling, image consultancy, online styling and related services.

All services must be paid for before the appointment unless otherwise agreed with StyleSavvy®.

Appointment availability varies and purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular date unless a date has already been confirmed via email or our booking platform on our website.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when completing questionnaires or other pre-appointment information.

Online and Personalised Services
Some services include personalised recommendations, shopping links, colour guides, digital wardrobes or other resources created specifically for the client.

Product recommendations and shopping links may direct clients to third-party retailers. Purchases made from those retailers are separate from StyleSavvy® and are subject to the individual retailer's own prices, availability, delivery and returns policies.

Gift Vouchers
StyleSavvy® offers digital and physical gift vouchers which can be redeemed against eligible StyleSavvy® services.

Any expiry date applied to a gift voucher will comply with applicable Irish law.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Prices
Prices are displayed in euro and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
