RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At StyleSavvy®, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Appointments and Styling Services
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at office@stylesavvy.ie as soon as possible.

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our booking terms of 48 hours notice.

Where an appointment or service has already begun or been completed, refunds may not be available, except where required by law. Please see more detail on this below:

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer and have purchased a service, appointment or personalised digital resource online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by email to office@stylesavvy.ie.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

Appointments Booked Within the 14-Day Period

If your appointment is scheduled to take place before the 14-day cancellation period ends, we will ask you to confirm that you want the service to begin within that period, and that you understand you may lose your right to cancel once the appointment has taken place or the personalised material has been supplied. Where you cancel after the service has already begun, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided.

Personalised Digital Resources

Where a service includes personalised shopping links, colour guides, styling edits, digital wardrobes or similar resources created specifically for you, we will only supply these within the 14-day cancellation period if you have given your express request and consent in advance. By requesting early delivery, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the personalised resource has been fully supplied to you.

If StyleSavvy® needs to cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.

Personalised Digital Resources
Some StyleSavvy® services include personalised shopping links, colour guides, styling edits or other digital resources. As these are created specifically for the individual client, cancellation or refund rights may be limited once work has begun or the personalised material has been supplied, where permitted by law.

Gift Vouchers
Digital and physical gift vouchers are subject to the terms stated when purchased and to your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable Irish consumer law.
